Located in Tailloires, France, Auberge du Père Bise boasts a contemporary design enhanced by exclusive colours and handcrafted finishes by Paola Lenti. Nestled in a privileged spot with breathtaking views of Lake Annecy and the surrounding Alps, this iconic destination redefines hospitality through a unique architectural and interior design project. This collaboration brought together Paola Lenti’s design team, the award-winning French chef Jean Sulpice, his wife Magali, the owners of the site, and La Pépinière Charvin.
It was Arnaud Charvin who recommended exploring Paola Lenti’s outdoor offerings, renowned for their exceptional durability and striking aesthetic, particularly their vibrant colour palette that harmoniously blends with the natural surroundings.
At Auberge du Père Bise, Paola Lenti’s furniture shapes the function and identity of three distinct outdoor areas: the elegant “high” terrace featuring a gourmet restaurant and lounge, the cool and relaxing “low” terrace at lake level, and the secluded solarium.
With exclusive and unique designs, exquisite craftsmanship, and a harmonious blend of colours that reflect the hues of the lake, mountains, and greenery, this project showcases Paola Lenti’s expertise in creating truly bespoke environments.
