Introducing the 2024 Baleari seating family, which includes chairs, lounge chairs, and chaise longues. These pieces feature a matte or gloss varnished aluminium frame, available in the collection’s colours, and two-colour or mélange belts made of Rope yarn.
Handwoven, these belts combine elasticity and tension to create a curved and welcoming surface. The open weaves produce an empty volume, providing both body and function to the seats, along with visual lightness and a strong graphic presence.
With Baleari, Paola Lenti continues its collaboration—begun in 2020—with designer Lina Obregón, the creator of the best-selling Telar series, which was awarded with the Red Dot: Best of the Best and was a finalist in the NYCxDesign Awards.
The Colombian-born designer’s approach to design and product development is distinguished by her commitment to research and experimentation, which aligns perfectly with the brand’s stylistic language.
